Rosé
Rosé is mainly made from blue grapes. The lighter color of rosé is not due to the fact that white wine is mixed with red wine, but because the skins are removed earlier than when making red wine. Mixing the wine is a big misconception and in the EU only allowed in Champagne for the preparation of rosé champagne. Connoisseurs of rosé wine notice it immediately when wine is thrown together because the mixture never has the freshness of rosé.
